A spur of I-90 would greatly help the city. The bayfront connector is already built as a semi-limited access highway as PA 290. Add a few on and off ramps, and a few overpasses, and hey, you have a limited access highway. Only 2 or 3 streets intersect with it anyway. This could reduce travel time (

A nice bridge over the channel of the bay would make accessing and utilizing the peninsula so much easier. I know it can be done, regardless what size ships move through there. Think tall and retractable. This would open up access to the entire east side of Erie, the bay front parkway, and beyond.

I still can't believe there is no bus service from Erie to the casino. Not only is it necessary for such a large employer, it should have been down right common sense during the planning of casino.

If anyone has ever called for a cab in this town, you'll have to agree with me. We need more taxi's. Better yet, we need another cab company. At times it's taken almost 4 hours to get a cab in Erie. That's ridiculous. It makes using a cab for work or a doctors appointment almost useless.
